Shipping Information
Magwire Art USPS, UPS or FedEx for shipping in the United States. Additional shipping surcharges may apply for shipping to Alaska, and Hawaii.
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.
Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses, US Territories and internationally.
Returns
We hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please notify us in writing, by email at mollymagwire@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please indicate your name, order number and phone number. Returned merchandise should include all packaging and be in the same condition as when it was delivered. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. All products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a refund to be issued. Orders should be returned in a timely manner. Shipping cost to and from you will be your sole responsibility. You will not be refunded shipping unless you return an item that has been damaged. Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product only. A photo of the damaged item may be required. If you will be making a return, please address the package to:

Sales tax
Sales tax is automatically applied to your magwireart.com order for all orders with an Oklahoma shipping address.
